Courses are billed as and may show up on your Credit Card as - "AmiBroker Courses by Systematic Investors Group" (although some of the text may get cut off on some statements).
All Course prices are in US Dollars. Additionally, HST will be added for Canadian Residents at the time of payment/check out.
The Courses offered at AmiBroker-Courses.com comprise the Intellectual Property of our Course Instructors, consisting of digital products and are therefore "non-returnable" and "non-refundable". All sales are final.
If you believe that you have purchased a Course in error, please contact us immediately (within three(3) business days) to discuss whether you are eligible for a refund at amibrokercourses [at] gmail [dot] com . Do not access your Course materials if you expect an immediate refund. We can determine if you have viewed the Course materials after purchase and will assess this on a case by case basis.
Due to some unscrupulous behaviour by a few parties, AmiBroker-Courses.com has been forced to change our purchasing and course delivery policy, as follows.
Purchaser Agreement for Access to Course Materials
When a Customer (Purchaser) purchases any Course from our website, they may be given immediate access to the Course material. Customers will receive a confirmation email that they did, in fact, initiate the order and pay for the Course.
This order confirmation email that is sent will ask for a response from the Customer confirming that the Customer has in fact purchased the Course. The order confirmation will also require that the Customer reply to the confirmation email and that the Customer agree to the "Sale is Now Final Agreement" and provide a small amount of additional identifying information that will allow us and the credit card processor and issuers to confirm that it is a legitimate transaction. The Purchaser will be required to complete this step, agreeing to the "Sale is Now Final" confirmation via email. This step is absolutely required in order to allow the Customer continued access to the Course materials, or AmiBroker-Courses.com may decide to refund (minus reasonable costs incurred by AmiBroker-Courses.com) and restrict further access to the Course materials until this step is completed, at it's sole discretion.
We apologize for this extra step and any inconvenience that it may cause, but unfortunately, recent events have made this super necessary.
Refunds :
The Courses at AmiBroker-Courses.com comprise the Intellectual Property of it's Instructors, consisting of digital products and are therefore "non-returnable" and "non-refundable". All sales are considered final once the Purchaser agrees to the terms at the time of checkout, and 100% non-refundable once agreeing to the "Sale is Now Final Agreement". If you are not prepared to accept these terms of sale, please do not complete the check-out process!
If you believe that you have purchased a Course in error, please respond to the confirmation email registered within three (3) business days with the response "I did not purchase this course" or "I do not agree to the terms of this agreement" or otherwise contact us to discuss whether you are eligible for a refund @ amibrokercourses [at] gmail [dot] com . We will assess this on a case by case basis and reserve the right to determine the outcome of any refunds after course access has been activated. We reserve the right to provide refunds based on our own internal review of whether a Purchaser has accessed the Course material or not.
The Purchaser agrees to the terms as set out herein on our website, which may change from time to time. Purchaser acknowledges that they specifically had to agree to these terms at the time of checkout in order to complete the Checkout and Purchase process.
The Purchaser understands and agrees that if they do not respond to the confirmation email (sent to the Purchaser automatically after completing the checkout process) within a timely manner of three (3) days, that their access to Course materials may be revoked until such time that their response is received by AmiBroker-Courses.com. AmiBroker-Courses.com reserves the right to provide access to paid Course materials until the Purchaser completes the confirmation email response step ("Sale is Now Final") adequately, which includes the necessary additional information and agreement steps outlined within the email. Once this step is completed by the Purchaser and confirmation received by the Seller, an additional response email will be sent by the Seller to confirm receipt and the Purchaser will be fully enrolled into the course, using the email address provided only at the time of purchase. The email address provided at the time of purchase must match the account access email for the Course.
The Purchaser confirms by following the steps outlined in the automated order confirmation email that the Purchaser did, in fact, initiate and does not deny that they purchased the Course. The Purchaser therefore is forfeiting any right to any refund of any kind, any funds used to purchase or otherwise buy the Course.
The confirmation step ("Sale is Now Final Agreement"), by way of Purchaser response, constitutes a legally binding agreement and the Purchaser's full agreement to the terms and conditions set out herein.
The Purchaser will provide via email response, additional information as may be determined necessary by the Seller, and the Seller shall not be responsible for the security of the information provided via email. The Purchaser will provide any other key information that only the Purchaser should have reasonable access to at the time of ordering and that can identify that the Purchaser was the true buyer of the Course, which may include but not be limited to email, full address, phone number and any other identifying information for identification purposes.
The Purchaser agrees that they will copy and paste and fill out the information requested in the confirmation email, truthfully.
